  • Upon graduation from the Dog Scholar Academy, a one hour private training session with a P&A trainer to review and demonstrate all the behaviors the dog knows and answer any questions.
As a P&A Dog Scholar Academy graduate, your dog will have all the needed tools in their toolbox to be a well adjusted member of the family and the world!

Puppies are invited to enroll when they are between 8 and 12 weeks old.

Puppies can enroll in the academy for as many consecutive weeks as you’d like, with a minimum of a 6 week term. Additional consecutive weeks can be added until they are 6 months (or 24 weeks) old.

The tuition is $700 per week and is to be paid at the start of each week.

While the tuition expense is not a donation, this revenue goes directly into the P&A organization and helping the P&A pups grow, thrive, and learn, empowering them to become service and facility dogs for children who need them in the greater Philadelphia area.

  • 6 weeks $4,200
  • 8 weeks $5,600
  • 12 weeks $8,400

Private sessions to facilitate the bonding and training process can be scheduled at a rate of $100 per hour.

These sessions can be held at P&A or in your home.

**Family covers all expenses related to the dog during the training process including vet care, health insurance, food, and needed supplies.
